Print off the relevant Membership Registration Form (ensure your printer settings are set for A4);
Complete the form by hand;
Send the form by post to the address on the form, with a cheque for the appropriate membership subscription amount made payable to South Nottingham Hockey Club.
Standing Order Forms (Seniors Only)

Print off the relevant Standing Order Form (ensure your printer settings are set for A4);
Complete the form by hand;
Send the form by post direct to your bank.

Members renewing their membership are reminded that a copy of their Registration Form will be sent to them in July, well before the start of the season, and that Annual Membership Subscriptions are due before 1st October 2008.
Don't forget to complete and return your Registration Form well before the start of the season - the longer you leave it the more likely you are to lose it!
