| Match Report | 27/10/2018 WB 3 SNHC 1s 2. South took a strong squad to Bridgford and the game started well with the teams trading blows in equal measure. A number of short corners and one glaring miss by Nathan didn’t bode well for our chances. WB, however scored two shorts (both heavily disputed by South) to go in 2-0 ahead.. South restarted the stronger and spent 30 of the next minutes in the oppos half playing some lovely hockey and pulling level with scrappy goals from Archie and the skipper. Despite our dominance WB pressured well in the final minutes and stole the game from us. DOD Gaz Bland...MOM Joey W. Gaz Rich was unavailable due to his new missus wanting the carpets changed and Ben called off with a limp wrist late in the day. |
