It was a cold and muddy game for the ladies first team as they faced what should be their toughest match of the season! Playing the team second in the league.
The ladies had great possession of the ball. And we saw the Captain score not once but twice!! Goal keeper Libby saved a few shots from the opposition. Tower was like a rocket covering every inch of the pitch to tackle and win the ball back. Jo Shaw did some amazing hit outs unfortunately no opportunity to use the Lidl boop, maybe next week?
A few short corners later and south where winning 4-1!
Well played to all the ladies! Especially Abbie who earnt Man of the Match.
