| Match Report | A good win today in sunny conditions at goose dale v Notti gham. A good mix of youth, mid and senior. We welcomed Alex back in goal, who had a quiet game but was there when he needed to be. Knappet and the ever youthful Hopewell keeping solid in defence, wing backs Mike and Tom C supporting a midfield of Cole, Robbie, Kai, Owain, turning oppo inside out. Up front a combination of Ken and James, then Will R and James, saw us take a deserved lead...it became the James filed show conducting the play up front, he scored again, then gradually dropped back to defence to recharge. Tony came on as wing back ( without the wing bit), clearly met his match against a skilfill 11yr old, pushed Mike up front as South looked for 3, but no avail despite James best efforts to secure his hatrick. A nice game played in good spirit, no dramas. 2-0 to South |
