| Match Report | On a bright and breezy day South Notts entertained Belper 7s. Slow to start South were 3 down at half time. In defence the backs were well marshalled by Mark in goal, Adam having a really good game at left back. Debutant Jimmy James played well with some good runs up the right. The second half started well for us with Stan and Cole showing some good skills, James and Dan busy in mid field. However, as the game went on Belper scored 5 more. Although on paper it was a heavy defeat South showed some good team play and promise for the rest of the season. Keep going guys. |
