Our News
An Excellent result....
After a great 8-2 victory over close rivals North Notts on Saturday and with results going our lad’s way, I’m please to announce that that with three games to play our Men’s 1st XI have not only confirmed promotion this weekend but also taken the Championship! Please visit the MRHA League Tables (1st Team League, East Mid Premier to see all the stats!) My personal congratulations go out to all the lads, as well as extra mention for the Skipper, Pete Hextall and Vice Captain Martin Ebbage who under the Guidance of Eileen Hartley and recently Jan Ahmed, have taken the team back into the Midlands League! Well done all! This of course comes on the back of the Men’s 2’s winning promotion already with 4 points still needed from a possible 9 to win their league and the men’s 3’s looking for a win this coming Saturday (13th March) to seal their promotion and also the championship!
